Refund and Returns Policy

It is very important to me that you are happy with your new piece of art. If you have any questions please contact me in advance at info@katherinemasters.com

Payment procedure
Payments are taken through Stripe which is secure and reliable. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details. Or if you prefer transfers are accepted.

Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your art piece please contact me within 14 days to request a refund. Once a return has been agreed and the piece of art has been safely returned you will be refunded within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

Delivery of art
Artworks usually arrive in under 10 days. Large and framed pieces of art require courier delivery. Work is delivered either flat packed or rolled depending on what is more appropriate for protecting the art.

Signing of art
Artworks are signed either on the front or back. If work does not have a signature it will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

If art is damaged in transit
All work is very carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit please contact me within 7 days and if possible take a photograph of the damage.

What about Overseas deliveries and framed deliveries?
In exceptional circumstances art may take a little longer to reach those overseas. Orders outside of Europe, i.e. USA, Canada, Australia, are usually shipped via express courier, as are all framed orders.

What about Overseas Returns?
Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns on art that is sent outside of Europe unless the buyer is willing to pay the necessary customs charges.

Non EU orders
All non EU orders may be subject to customs charges.
